The Challenge

While the information exists, the system does not. Access to information about well-being has never been greater, yet outcomes have not kept pace. Support remains fragmented, often activated only in response to strain, and rarely structured around how people actually live and work. The limitation is not awareness, but the absence of a coherent, integrated system.

What Is Missing

Well-being does not sit at a single level. It is shaped by individual behaviour, organisational conditions, and community support systems. When these are not aligned, well-being remains out of reach for most people. It becomes fragmented, reactive, and difficult to sustain. Divine Group Global is designed to address this as an ecosystem.

Commercial engagements fund the ability to work on a sliding scale across communities, charities, and individuals. A model that reaches only those who can already afford it does not address the problem at its root.

It supports individuals navigating transitions and building stability over time, and partners organisations on leadership, culture, and performance conditions. Through collaboration with institutions and community organisations, it extends access to those who would not typically receive this support.

In parallel, Divine Group Global engages the longevity healthcare economy through direct investment — building authority in the space and ensuring the work is informed by what is credible and enduring, rather than what is simply trend-driven.

Divine Group Global was founded by Joanne Ong, whose career spans institutional investment, personal well-being practice, and community engagement across more than two decades.

Joanne Ong built her career in high-performance environments, operating at a strategic level across investments, capital frameworks and institutional platforms over 15 years at a prominent Singapore-based global investment firm.

Alongside this, she remained consistently engaged in work beyond business — contributing to community initiatives and supporting individuals through periods of transition, long before well-being became her primary focus.

Over time, a pattern became clear. Despite greater access to products, services and information, outcomes in well-being had not improved in a meaningful way. In many cases, individuals were more overwhelmed, increasingly dependent on external solutions, and further removed from what truly sustains them.

Her response was not to add to that complexity, but to reduce it.

This perspective is grounded in two areas of experience. As an investor, she has visibility into the longevity and well-being economy, with the ability to distinguish between what is credible and what is simply trend-driven. Through years of personal practice across meditation and psychological frameworks, she understands that well-being is not something to be acquired, but something to be practised, consistently and simply.

Divine Group Global was built at the intersection of these insights. It formalises what had previously existed in parallel — institutional experience, personal practice, and a sustained commitment to community — into a coherent, structured system. Designed to operate across individual, organisational, and community contexts, it addresses well-being not only at the level of the individual, but across the environments people function within.

Because the problem is not individual. If organisations are not well, people are not well. If communities are not well, individuals cannot be fully well either. This is not an abstract philosophy. It is a practical model built to make well-being available to everyone it should reach.
